Complimentary breakfast was delightful.

During my stay, the cleanliness was horrendous! The room had no trash bags in any of the cans, and I had to deal with that during my stay. I expected a clean bathroom, but it was not properly cleaned after requesting service. I can't believe how disappointing this stay was for the price I paid!

great access to parks and landmarks for weekend exploration

During our stay, we appreciated how close we were to terry hershey park, just about 1 km away, perfect for a scenic stroll, and also loved that the hotel was a quick walk to district7, where we found plenty of cafes and shops to explore, making our weekend feel vibrant and full of life. the king room was comfortable, too, providing a cozy spot to unwind after a day of city adventuring, but we noticed there were no trash bags in our cans, which was a minor inconvenience.

It was just a decent option for a weekend excursion in Houston that was great for the money. The staff did change sheets and towels during my stay, which was a nice touch. If you're staying longer, double-check about the full cleaning schedule.
